Lunar New Year!
It’s time for the Lunar New Year at GOFM—shed the skin of the Year of The Snake and embrace The Year of the Fire Horse! Stop by the Market on Sunday, February 15th, to celebrate this traditional holiday. We will have:
Traditional Lion & Dragon Dance Performance by the Teo Chew Association Unicorn Dragon and Lion Dance Team. (Performance from 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)
Red Envelope of Wishes: Stop by this booth to write a wish or manifestation for a loved one to send them good luck into the new year!.
All About the Chinese Zodiac: At this booth, you can learn more about the Chinese zodiac and discover what your zodiac animal says about you!
Groundswell's 5th Annual Market Mile
The Mile is Back. Lace up, Galveston!
Get ready to lace up your sneakers (or comfy walking shoes!) for a Galveston adventure! Whether you're a seasoned marathoner, a power-walker, a slow-stroller, or just here for the neighborhood vibes, this event is for YOU.
At its core, this mile is about our mission: Food Access. By joining us, you’re supporting a market where every neighbor can access fresh, local, and nourishing food.

Ye Old GOFM at Dickens On The Strand
We'll be at Galveston Historical Foundation’s Dickens on the Strand Saturday, December 6th from 10 AM - 9 PM!
We'll be at 21st & Mechanic (near Gate 3/Cotton Exchange Building).
If you're perusing the streets that day, stop by and say hi and shop some of our vendors -- Dickens style.

UTMB TKY Toy Drive for Blue Santa!
Look no further, the UTMB fraternity TKY is collecting toys for our community!
These donations will go straight to the Galveston Police Department, where members of the Galveston County community can apply for Blue Santa, and receive toys during this holiday season.

Join us for a Halloween Spooktacular at the farmers market! We're celebrating the harvest season with a day of ghoulishly good fun for the whole family.
Come in costume and show off your Halloween spirit in our costume parade! Enjoy the eerie, soulful sounds of live music from Raa' Tansiel, and discover what the future holds with a tarot reading from Lillith. We'll have a variety of all-ages activities, as well.
